The Wine Bistro offers an exciting array of well-curated wines and a list of select craft beers. The menu features light and filling appetizers & small plates, soups, salads, flatbreads and pastas offered every day of the week for lunch and dinner.
FIRST COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
#1: Baked French Brie – Brie and orange marmalade in a crisp, honey-drizzled phyllo shell. Apricot, orange, and cracked pepper preserve, granny smith apples, fresh strawberries
#2: The Winery Salad – Mixed greens, candied pecans, dried cherries, seasonal pear, crumbled bleu cheese, balsamic vinaigrette
SECOND COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
#1: Chicken Saltimbocca – Boneless chicken breast seared with prosciutto and fresh sage, white wine, grilled asparagus, Asiago au gratin potatoes
#2: Shrimp and Risotto – Cajun seasoned shrimp, creamy risotto, grilled asparagus, sriacha burre blanc sauce
#3: Beef Tenderloin and Grilled Vegetable Salad – Grilled sliced beef tenderloin with herb relish, romaine and arugula, grilled asparagus, roasted corn, grape tomatoes, bleu cheese, and cilantro chive dressing
THIRD COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
#1: Rustic Key Lime Pie – Our version of a classic, served in a Mason jar with whipped cream and lime zest
#2: Triple Chocolate Pot de Creme – Dense, rich dark chocolate custard garnished with whipped cream
