#1: Lemongrass Soup: Spicy lemongrass broth, mixed veggies, and shell pasta accented with a spicy thai chili paste.

#2: Lemongrass Salad: Baby field greens and romaine lettuce topped with pineapples, tangerines, and crispy noodles served with our signature lemongrass dressing.

#3: Mini Tar Tar: Fresh tuna seasoned with Cajun spices and seared in olive oil. Prepared rare only, paired with avocado, pickled ginger. crispy noodles, mint wasabi and ginger soy.

#4: Edamame: Edamame pods boiled and served with sea salt.


#1: Stuffed Salmon: Salmon filet lightly stuffed with parmesan cheese and mixed vegetables and herbs. Seared then baked and paired with asparagus and rice.

#2: Trio: Grilled garlic pepper shrimp, seared cajun scallops, and our house crab cake served over pacific rim linguine.

#3: Land and Sea: One 4oz. filet steak served with your choice of sauce and 2 skewers of shrimp.


#1: Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate: 3 layers starting with chocolate fudge cake topped with dark bittersweet swiss chocolate mousse and finished with a sour cream chocolate ganache.

#2: Friend Plantains: Coconut and sesame coated plantains, fried and served with coconut sorbet.

#3: Thai Dessert: Bite sized jellies with a crunch and sweet jackfruit. Served with coconut milk over fresh ice flakes. Think snow cone in a cup of goodies, my favorite that I want to share with you.


#1: Bourbon Strawberry Basil Smash: Russell’s Reserve 10 yr. bourbon, strawberries, maple syrup, basil, and fresh lemon juice.

#2: Russell’s Old Fashioned: Russell’s Reserve 10 yr. bourbon, port, maple syrup, angostura bitters. and an orange peel.
