FIRST COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
Calamari: Semolina dusted Point Judith squid, flash fried and drizzled with Thai sweet pepper sauce, accompanied with fresh cucumber slaw.
Elevator House Salad: Fresh mixed greens, red onion, spiced walnuts, and crumbled bleu cheese tossed with maple-shallot vinaigrette.
Spinach Salad: Fresh spinach with hard-boiled egg, blueberries, strawberries, red onion, feta and poppy seed vinaigrette.
SECOND COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
Blackened Tuna: Blackened Ahi Tuna seared rare over chipotle cheddar mashed potatoes and southwest succotash garnished with house made guacamole.
Beef Medallions: Grilled choice beef tenderloin medallions served with rustic Idaho mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, smoked bacon-red pepper relish and doppelbock demi-glace.
Shrimp Etouffee: Spicy shrimp and andouille sausage in a red roux with onions and bell peppers served around red beans and rice.
Pressed Chicken Linguine: Pan seared chicken breast over linguine tossed with bell peppers, red onion, corn and tomato in roasted red pepper cream with fresh parmesan.

Elevator Root Beer Float: Traditional float made with house brewed root beer and Johnson’s Real Vanilla Ice Cream
