Like the good old days, Old Familiar’s retrofitted barbershop is a beloved, boys-only neighborhood hangout. The shears aren’t the only thing in the joint that’s razor sharp: a group of style-conscious men lounge about antique leather chairs sipping scotch and shooting the breeze in chinos and lightweight button-ups. Denim, light layers and muted colors also dominate the scene. Amidst the playful banter and roaring laughter, these three local boutique owners and their models have resurrected the era of the sporting life.
