Why Kraft House No. 5? When we started on this venture, we knew what our concept was going to be. We wanted everything hand crafted and made from scratch. We wanted craft beers, and we wanted craft cocktails. Our kitchen is going to be a chef driven scratch kitchen. Food with integrity is what we will be known for. Why the “K” for Kraft? Why not?? As for the No.5? Besides being located at 5 S. Liberty St, this will be the 5th restaurant owned and operated by the Pappas family.

Everything Pretzel Twists:

Whole grain mustard cheese sauce

Roasted Brussel Sprouts:

Bacon fat, fresh herbs, parmesan

Quinoa & Kale:

Red & white quinoa, shredded kale, mixed baby greens, roasted beets, crumbled goat cheese, golden raisins, pickled red onion, sunflower seeds, golden balsamic vinaigrette

 SECOND COURSE (CHOOSE ONE SIDE)

Pan Seared Salmon with Summer Succotash:

Topped with an avocado and crab slaw and chili oil.  Succotash consisting of lima beans, corn, peppers, onions, and kale.

48 Hour Brisket:

Bacon & egg roasted potato salad, grilled corn, bourbon whiskey BBQ sauce

Crispy Buttermilk Chicken:

Havarti cheese, kale relish, beefsteak tomato, lemon aioli, side crystal hot sauce, brioche bun.

Wild Boar Sloppy Joe:

Fried egg, crispy leek, sage, brioche bun,

Keylime Pie with fresh whipped cream

Chocolate Peanut Butter Brookie topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
