FIRST COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
Seared Ahi Tuna Nachos: Seasoned wonton chips topped with soy-glazed seared ahi tuna, pickled ginger, wasabi aioli drizzle.
Deviled Eggs: Whipped with mustard and mayonnaise, topped with paprika, bacon and jalapeño.
Margherita Flatbread: Fresh basil, olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette.
SECOND COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
Bourbon Salmon: Fresh Salmon with bourbon marinade. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Nashville Hot Chicken: Southern fried chicken breast tossed in our special hot sauce. Served with pimento cheese mashed potatoes and sweet jalapeño cornbread.
Truffle Mushroom Wagyu Burger: Premium, grass-fed Wagyu beef, truffle aioli, sautéed cremini mushrooms, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, arugula and roasted tomatoes.
THIRD COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)
Peanut Butter Toffee Cheesecake: Cookie crust with a layer of chocolate ganache and toffee pieces inside of a peanut butter cheesecake filling. Topped with hot fudge and peanut butter caramel sauce.
Mile-High Ice Cream Pie: Layers of chocolate cookie crust, French Vanilla ice cream, mocha almond fudge ice cream and classic chocolate ice cream. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate, caramel and toffee pieces.
Ice Cream Cookie: Warm, large chocolate chip cookie and French vanilla ice cream. Topped with chocolate, caramel, whipped cream.
