Nicole Hollerman, Veritas Tavern

Alright, so maybe you don’t have a cotton candy machine in your home bar, but you can throw some IMG_0629candy canes in some high-proof booze for awhile, right? See? There’s your candy cane tincture. Just like that, you’re playing in the big leagues. Nicole, bar director of Delaware’s Veritas Tavern, took the seasonally appropriate candy cane challenge from Sean Ward and ran with it. And then she ran and ran and ran some more. Try and keep up.
